8.8 miles today made it a nice round 100 miles so far this year. As you can see, this puts me comfortably ahead of the 750 mile/yr pace, and I'm making up ground on the 1000 mile pace (I was -20 something last Friday after our ski trip.)
8.8 miles is still a long way from hilly half-marathon I was thinking of running in May. But my pace is coming down, and the ultimate goal this year is runnning a sub 20 minute 5k for the first time in 19 years by the end of 2012.
